What is the SITI Puja Pass 2026?
It is a single pass that lets your family walk into 41 popular Durga Puja pandals across Kolkata — no separate ticket at any of them. One pass admits four people.
How many people can enter on one pass?
Four. If you are a larger group, add more passes to the same booking — up to 10 passes, admitting 40 people, can go through in one order.
When is the pass valid?
From 14 October to 21 October 2026. The same pass works on every one of those days, so you can spread your pandal hopping across the week rather than doing it all in one evening. It admits four people, and only four.
What does ₹1,499 include?
The full price of one pass, with 18% GST already inside it — nothing is added at checkout. The only extra is courier delivery — ₹35 for the first pass and ₹15 for each one after, plus 18% GST — and that disappears if you choose self pickup.
Which pandals does the pass cover?
All 41 popular pandals across Kolkata are covered, spread across Behala, Central Kolkata, Salt Lake, North Kolkata, and South Kolkata — including Kumartuli Sarbojanin, Dum Dum Park, Santosh Mitra Square, Barisha Club, Behala Club, 41 Pally, Naktala Udayan Sangha, and more. How do I receive my pass after booking?
Two ways, and you pick one on the booking form. Courier brings it to your address for ₹35 for the first pass and ₹15 for each one after, plus 18% GST, or you collect it free from any of our six pickup centres.
When will I receive or collect the pass after booking?
Courier Delivery: Delivery starts from 5th October 2026 onwards directly to your registered address.
Self Pickup: Passes will be ready for collection from 6th October to 10th October 2026, daily between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM at your selected pickup counter.
Where are the pickup centres?
There are six counters across the city (Park Circus, Hazra Road, Garia, Howrah, Dum Dum Airport, and Salt Lake), and you choose the one nearest you while booking. Collection runs from 6th to 10th October (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM). See all six centres and their addresses.
How will I know my booking is confirmed?
A confirmation goes to your email as soon as the booking is placed, and our team calls you on the number you gave us. You can also confirm instantly on WhatsApp from the button that appears after you submit the form.
Can I book more than 10 passes?
The form takes up to 10 passes in one go. For anything larger — an office group, a housing society, a corporate block booking — talk to us on the helpline or message us on WhatsApp and we will set it up for you.
